Job summary

Reynaers Group in Poland is seeking a skilled CAD specialist to join our engineering team. You will prepare and verify technical documentation for aluminum structures and assist the design group on innovative, globally deployed solutions.

You will work closely with our Belgium headquarters, entering precise parameters for new products and maintaining high standards of accuracy and detail. Fluent English and Polish (B2) are required to collaborate effectively with international teams.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in a relevant field or final-year student status.
• Strong practical knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D) and Inventor.
• English minimum B2 level; Polish B2 for daily cooperation with our HQ in Belgium.
• Excellent spatial awareness, meticulousness and attention to detail.
• Previous experience is advantageous, but learners with strong technical background are welcome.

• Comprehensive preparation of technical documentation (creation, verification, and revision) for aluminum structures.
• Regular cooperation with the company’s headquarters in Belgium.
• Supporting the design team in developing innovative, globally implemented product solutions.
• Defining and entering technical parameters for new products into the system.

Requirements

• Higher education degree (or final-year student status) – preferred majors: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Strong practical knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D) and Inventor.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) – essential for daily cooperation with our headquarters in Belgium.
• Proficiency in Polish (at least B2 level).
• Excellent spatial awareness, meticulousness, and strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a great asset, but if you are just starting your career with a solid technical background and a strong willingness to learn – we would love to meet you!
