Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Polarion ALM Technical Consultant to join our engineering team in Poland. You will administer and evolve Polarion ALM platforms across development, test, and production environments, ensuring stability and security.

You will work closely with customers and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions and provide ongoing operational support. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Polarion ALM experience, strong server/database skills, and familiarity with integrations

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Siemens Polarion ALM
• Strong server administration skills (Linux/Windows)
• Database management experience (PostgreSQL/SQL Server)
• LDAP/Active Directory integrations
• Experience with enterprise ALM/PLM tool integrations (Jira/Azure DevOps/SAP)
