Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English (B2/C1) with technical vocabulary.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and legacy products.

Responsibilities

• Follow best practices defined by seniors to ensure delivery and support quality.
• Develop personal and professional skills and grow knowledge of Aptitude products.
• Be flexible with travel, time zones, and potential standby during evenings/weekends/holidays.
