Job summary

BELVEDERE in Warsaw seeks an experienced Transition Manager to lead large-scale technical change projects. You will bridge technical teams with end users, designing clear communication strategies and structured change plans to drive successful adoption.

The role emphasizes translating complex concepts for diverse audiences, coordinating across cultures, and delivering content via SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools. This is a 6-month contract based on-site in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience managing large-scale technical change projects.
• Proven ability to create change and communication plans for complex technical transitions.
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working across diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Broad understanding of technical domains including PC and OS management, networking technologies, authentication concepts, M365 applications and VDI.
• Ability to explain technical processes clearly to non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience working with Microsoft suite tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Experience designing communications for varied audiences with different needs.
• Comfortable presenting to and leading meetings with stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong attention to detail for tracking and documentation.
• Fluency in English (essential).
• PROSCI or similar change management certification (desirable).
• German language skills (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement change and communication plans for complex technical transitions
• Collaborate with stakeholders from varied cultural backgrounds across the organisation
• Translate technical processes into clear instructions for non-technical end users
• Create and maintain content on SharePoint pages to support change initiatives
• Lead meetings and presentations with audiences of varying seniority and technical expertise
• Develop documentation and resources tailored to different audience needs
• Track and document change activities with attention to detail
• Work with technical teams to understand changes related to PC management, networking, authentication, M365 applications, VDI and remote working
• Prepare audiences for technical changes through structured communication approaches
