Technical Application Support Analyst

Your responsibilities
- Providing application support and guidance to end users, including configuration and best practices
- Taking ownership of incidents — from escalation through analysis to resolution
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicating clearly with stakeholders throughout the support process
- Delivering high-quality support to internal teams and business users
- Creating and maintaining documentation and contributing to the knowledge base
- Supporting business analysis, requirements gathering, and testing activities
- Collaborating closely with QA and other technical teams
- Participating in on-call (24/7) support on a rotational basis
Our requirements
- Very good command of English (C1/C2)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (strong practical knowledge required)
- Experience in application support or service desk environment
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to clearly explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical users
- Technical education or relevant experience
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and service approach
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to have
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems), Jira, or GitHub
- Familiarity with Umbraco, REST APIs, Datadog, or Informatica
