The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for tech vacancies, collaborating with partners and senior stakeholders, and delivering high-quality client service and recruitment advice. Requirements include recruitment experience, fluency in English and Polish, and strong communication and sourcing skills.

Qualifications

• Must have recruitment experience.
• Must have end to end recruitment experience.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment experience.
• Strong communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sourcing skills to cooperate with Sourcing Recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for our tech vacancies.
• Collaborate with a portfolio of hiring partners and senior stakeholders to support their hiring needs.
• Provide a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice, utilising technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution.
