Job summary

Randstad Sourceright in Warsaw seeks an Expert Talent Advisor to join an embedded RPO team for a leading science and technology client. You will act as a dedicated talent partner, shaping future-proof strategies with data insights and market knowledge.

In this role you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers and stakeholders, and drive KPI-driven results while leveraging modern platforms and tools to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• Several years of proven experience as a full-scope end-to-end recruiter.
• Proven track record placing top talent in pharma, medical, healthcare, R&D, and clinical trials.
• Strong ability to translate business goals into talent strategies.
• Curious mindset to interpret data from market insights and internal sources.

Responsibilities

• Drive full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
• Screen shortlisted candidates for an excellent candidate experience.
• Partner with client stakeholders including Business Leaders and HR Business Partners.
• Define talent needs with hiring managers and develop viable, sustainable solutions.
• Track recruitment KPIs and produce reports to shape the client's overall talent strategy.
• Leverage modern recruitment platforms and tools while ensuring compliance and innovation.
