• 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong experience with React JS and Java.
• Experience with GitHub CLI and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Sound understanding of Generative AI concepts and frontier models.
• Strong domain knowledge in collateral and margin management.
• Experience with prompt engineering.
• Understanding of structured context in codebases, including AGENTS.md and skills frameworks.

Type of contract: Employment contract

Salary range: 17400 - 26700 PLN gross

What will you do?

You will join a team delivering large-scale financial services platforms supporting investment banking operations. The role focuses on digital transformation, process automation, application modernization, and AI-driven software development within a highly regulated environment. You will work across both frontend and backend components while leveraging modern AI tools and technologies to improve development efficiency and business outcomes.

• Design and develop full stack applications using React JS and Java
• Build and enhance solutions supporting investment banking operations
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot in daily development activities
• Apply Generative AI capabilities to improve software delivery and business processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
