Job summary

Siemens Energy in Warsaw is seeking a Technology-Commodity Integration Specialist within Supplier Quality & Development (SQD) to translate diverse technology initiatives into scalable, cross‑domain solutions for our supplier network.

You will lead multi‑stream integration across manufacturing technologies, digital analytics, materials strategies and supplier capabilities, driving implementation, alignment of timelines, and adoption of new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, materials) or related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in industrial, manufacturing, or supply chain environments with exposure to multiple technology domains.
• Strong cross-domain technology understanding, including manufacturing processes, digital solutions, materials, and supply chain structures.

Responsibilities

• Act as technology integration lead across domains, ensuring alignment and interoperability of manufacturing technologies, digital solutions, materials, and supplier capabilities.
• Translate business priorities into integrated technology implementation plans focusing on capacity expansion, resilience, cost optimization, and sustainability.
• Connect and orchestrate multiple concurrent initiatives, aligning objectives and timelines with business impact.
• Drive implementation and adoption of new technologies by converting cross-functional concepts into practical solutions across regions and suppliers.
