Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Poland is seeking a Supplier Development Lead to strengthen our global supply chain by driving supplier recovery, capability improvement, and sustainable performance while coordinating with EMEA suppliers and cross-functional teams.

You will lead containment, RCA investigations, and development plans, analyze risk, and ensure readiness for new product introductions and supplier transitions in a highly collaborative, international environment.

Qualifications

University degree with 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
Strong knowledge of machining and fabrication manufacturing processes.
Experience in supplier quality, development, and manufacturing engineering.
Proven expertise in RCCA, APQP, PFMEA, and control plans.
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead supplier containment, recovery, and performance improvement activities.
Drive root cause investigations and implement robust corrective actions.
Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams on improvement plans and KPIs.
Conduct supplier capability/risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Support supplier capability growth through coaching and long-term monitoring.
Lead supplier site identification and transitions to ensure readiness.
