PwC Polska is seeking a TechGRC Manager to lead internal audit and advisory engagements, design enterprise risk management frameworks, and manage a team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6–8 years of experience in internal audit or risk management and strong proficiency with GRC platforms.

Qualifications

• At least 6–8 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance.
• Experience managing teams of 3–5 people.
• Fluency in English (C1) and Polish for stakeholder communication.
