Job summary

limango Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Logistics Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and external warehouse performance in a hybrid role based in Wrocław, Poland.

You will drive forecasting, inventory management and cross‑functional logistics initiatives with internal teams. You will coordinate transport and inbound/outbound activities, resolve issues, and lead optimization projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrated leadership experience within an organizational structure, ideally with responsibility for cross-functional or cross-site logistics operations.
• Strong, hands-on experience specifically focused on warehouse operations (ideally involving external warehousing models).
• Experience in coordinating with multiple internal departments to ensure alignment on logistics objectives.
• Availability to work on-site at our office in Wrocław

Responsibilities

• Daily Control and Reporting: Oversee and monitor the daily operations of our external warehouse and supply chain activities, ensuring timely reporting and analysis of performance and issues.
• Coordination and Development: Lead the coordination and development of internal processes related to logistics, including forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain projects.
• Problem-Solving: Address challenges related to transportation, inbound and outbound operations, resolving any issues as they arise in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Collaboration with Internal Departments: Serve as the key point of contact between the logistics team and other internal departments, offering expertise on logistics-related matters.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze current supply chain processes and work with internal teams and the warehouse to develop and implement optimization strategies for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
