Описание:

XTB is a global financial technology company focused on online trading of financial instruments. It operates across Europe, Asia, and South America and provides employee training and development programs.

Задачи:

• Coordinate the daily work of the Operations and Support Team


• Conduct periodic performance evaluations of the team's operational activities and direct reports


• Administer trading systems


• Identify optimization opportunities and implement automation in daily operational processes


• Use AI to automate operational tasks, including collaborating with AI assistants to create scripts, code, and optimization solutions through “vibe coding.”


• Grant, manage, and oversee access and permissions for trading systems


• Administer technological solutions for institutional clients


• Collaborate on creating and developing applications that support automated trading and tools for OTC processes


• Execute transaction corrections, including mass corrections and corrections of trades executed at off-market prices or during technical errors


• Analyze and clarify the causes of off-market transactions and the reasons for required corrections


• Support Global Customer Support departments (Retail and Institutional) and foreign branches with daily operational matters, trading conditions, and trading system queries


• Assist with resolving client complaints


• Collaborate with other teams, including the OTC Trading Team, to create and launch new financial instruments


• Prepare substantive responses to letters and inquiries from regulatory bodies


• Assist in creating periodic order execution reports for management and regulatory purposes


• Develop and update transaction execution documentation


• Help draft financial instrument specifications and other documentation concerning the order execution process

Требования:

• Experience working at a financial institution, brokerage house, or in financial markets


• Experience managing a team or strong leadership aptitude


• Excellent knowledge of trading systems


• Strong interest in AI and openness to innovative working methods


• Experience in operational process automation or a strong willingness to develop in this area


• Python and SQL knowledge, and readiness to use AI and vibe coding for technical troubleshooting


• Analytical skills, accuracy, and strong troubleshooting abilities in a dynamic environment


• Fluent spoken and written English
