Job summary

INFUSE is seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Team Lead, Learning and Development to join our fast-paced, global team. You will lead the Instructional Design team, coordinate project timelines, manage approvals, and support the scaling of INFUSE Academy programs.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in mid/senior ID roles, strong AI literacy, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mid-/senior-level instructional design role or similar in L&D
• 1+ year in team coordination, leadership, or project management in learning or related fields
• Strong AI literacy; experience creating custom GPTs and scaling solutions across teams is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; experience managing change within teams
• Stakeholder management: ability to network and build relationships internally and externally
• Highly organized with proactive mindset and attention to detail
• Team player who keeps things moving in a collaborative environment
• Impeccable English oral and writing skills

Responsibilities

• Plan learning design projects with instructional designers, defining timelines and deliverables
• Translate project plans into clear task lists and assign responsibilities
• Serve as main point of contact for other teams and stakeholders; maintain clarity and align expectations
• Organize and track project approvals and reviews; follow up to keep workflows moving
• Support people management: assign projects based on skills, monitor capacity, escalate bottlenecks
• Develop and manage a limited number of your own e-learning projects as an instructional designer
• Support broader communication efforts: plan training launches and craft engaging messaging
• Contribute to process improvements to scale INFUSE Academy operations
