Job summary

Qualifications

• Требуется высшее образование в ИТ и 5+ лет опыта разработки ПО в финансовом секторе.
• Опыт разработки на C++ с многопоточной архитектурой, низкой задержкой и реальным временем.
• Знание СУБД MS-SQL/Sybase/Oracle, IBM MQ и Kafka.
• Опыт DevOps, управление сборками и релизами через GitLab; понимание облачных технологий, предпочтительно Azure.

Responsibilities

• Проектирование и разработка цифровых продуктов и технологий для клиентов и сотрудников; внедрение практик разработки и тестирования; обеспечение надежности и соответствия требованиям.
• Формирование наблюдаемости, мониторинг продакшн-сред, устранение инцидентов и корневых причин рисков.

EPAM develops enterprise software products, open source solutions, accelerators, and digital products and services. The team delivers IT solutions for FX Cash Trading and its stakeholders, supporting business growth and compliance with international regulations.

Задачи

Design, develop, and improve digital products and technology services for clients and employees; Apply software engineering practices from analyzing user needs and developing features to automated testing and deployment; Ensure solution quality, security, reliability, and compliance by implementing functional and non-functional requirements; Build observability into solutions, monitor production health, resolve incidents, and remediate root causes of risks and issues; Understand, represent, and advocate for client needs; Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, help with hiring, and contribute to engineering culture and internal communities; Support L3 activities independently when needed.

Требования

Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology; 5+ Years of experience in a similar software development position within the finance sector; Proficiency in C++ with hands-on experience in multithreaded design, development, and implementation for low-latency and complex real-time systems; Knowledge of DBMS such as MS-SQL, Sybase, or Oracle; Familiarity with middleware technologies, including IBM MQ and Kafka; DevOps experience managing and creating builds and releases with GitLab; Understanding of cloud technologies, preferably Azure; Interest in learning new technologies and practices, reusing strategic platforms and standards, evaluating options, and making long-term sustainable decisions; Strong communication skills, including presentations and technical writing; English fluency at B2 level or higher; Nice to have: Experience with Apache Kafka, exposure to Microsoft Azure.
