Job summary

TMF Group is seeking a Tax Technology Specialist in Katowice to drive VAT-compliant processes using ERP systems, SAP, and Oracle. You will enhance tax data workflows, validate VAT data, and support global offices with technical data requests.

The role offers a flexible, remote-friendly environment within an international team, combining tax technology, data analytics, and process optimization to improve VAT outputs.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing, validating, and supporting VAT returns using ERP or tax tech solutions.
• “University degree in accounting, finance, tax, information systems, or related field (preferred).”
• “Minimum 3 years of VAT operations experience with ERP or tax technology.”
• “Strong Excel skills and proficient Microsoft Office use.”

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and deliver VAT returns and related reports within ERP/tax tech environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to fix data issues and ensure data corrections in ERP/reporting tools.
• Extract, transform, and audit VAT datasets using ERP systems and tax tech solutions.
• Navigate client ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) to retrieve VAT data and validate tax codes.
