Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Tczew, Poland is looking for a Tax Specialist to join our Finance team. You will prepare data for VAT, CIT and local tax declarations, review postings for tax compliance, and support monthly closures.

The role also involves collaboration with Shared Services in India, ensuring SOX procedures are followed, and contributing to cross-functional projects in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Higher education in finance or accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company.
• Very good command of English.
• Knowledge of Polish VAT, CIT and local tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare data for tax declarations (VAT, CIT, local taxes and others).
• Check postings for tax compliance and accuracy.
• Be responsible for tax-related entries in accounts.
• Verify planned transactions for tax consequences.
• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable teams.
• Collaborate with Shared Services in India and review activities.
• Work with other departments and ensure SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

Do wsparcia zespołów, które tworzą wyjątkowe produkty i przyczyniają się do naszego rozwoju, poszukujemy Specjalisty/tki ds. Podatków w Tczewie. Rola Specjalisty ds. Podatków obejmuje przygotowywanie danych do deklaracji podatkowych.

• Przygotowywanie danych do deklaracji podatkowych (VAT, CIT, podatki lokalne i inne).
• Sprawdzanie poprawności księgowań pod kątem zgodności z przepisami podatkowymi.
• Odpowiedzialność za zapisy na kontach dotyczące rozliczeń podatkowych.
• Weryfikacja zgodności planowanych transakcji pod kątem podatkowym.
• Wspomaganie zespołów ds. należności i zobowiązań.
• Współpraca z działem usług wspólnych w Indiach w zakresie wykonywanych czynności oraz ich kontrola.
• Współpraca z innymi działami.
• Przestrzeganie procedur SOX (dotyczących wewnętrznej kontroli przepływów finansowych w firmie).

Requirements

• Wykształcenie wyższe w obszarze finansów/księgowości.
• Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku w firmie produkcyjnej.
• Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego.
• Znajomość przepisów prawa polskiego w zakresie podatków VAT, CIT oraz podatków lokalnych.
