Job summary

Chabre IT Services is seeking an IT Tax Business Analyst to join our tax-domain projects in Poland. You will evaluate and map system frameworks and commercial workflows, and craft user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.

You will design operational workflows with BPMN/UML, support initiatives like digital invoicing, SAF-T, and tax reporting, and collaborate with software engineers to shape APIs while maintaining clear English communications with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of commercial background operating as a Business Analyst on software development projects.
• Proven expertise in conducting business evaluations and generating comprehensive workflow documents.
• Strong capability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear business regulations.
• Solid grasp of modern software architecture, particularly regarding microservices and APIs.
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and map system frameworks and commercial workflows within tax domain.
• Elicit and outline project specifications, crafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
• Design and blueprint operational workflows using BPMN or UML standards.
• Support initiatives like digital invoicing, SAF-T (JPK), and tax reporting.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to shape API structures and ensure smooth integrations.
• Engage in agile ceremonies and manage project bottlenecks with stakeholders in English.
