Chabre IT Services is seeking an IT Tax Business Analyst to join our tax-domain projects in Poland. You will evaluate and map system frameworks and commercial workflows, and craft user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
You will design operational workflows with BPMN/UML, support initiatives like digital invoicing, SAF-T, and tax reporting, and collaborate with software engineers to shape APIs while maintaining clear English communications with stakeholders.
Working as an IT Tax Business Analyst you will:
Evaluate and map out system frameworks and commercial workflows specifically within tax domain.
Elicit and outline project specifications, which includes crafting user stories, setting acceptance criteria, and producing technical documentation.
Design and blueprint operational workflows utilizing BPMN or UML standards.
Play an active role in deploying key initiatives like digital invoicing, SAF-T (JPK), compliance measures, and tax reporting.
Partner directly with software engineering teams to shape API structures and ensure smooth system integrations.
Engage in agile ceremonies such as backlog refinements, collaborative workshops, and sprint planning.
Detect potential project bottlenecks and actively manage structural dependencies.
Maintain clear, ongoing dialogue between technical squads and commercial stakeholders in English.
Leverage cutting-edge AI solutions to speed up analytical tasks and streamline your documentation process.

At least 5 years of commercial background operating as a Business Analyst on software development projects.
Proven expertise in conducting business evaluations and generating comprehensive workflow documents.
Strong capability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear business regulations.
Solid grasp of modern software architecture, particularly regarding microservices and APIs.
Advanced proficiency in English (minimum C1 level).
Hands‑on involvement in at least one of the following tax‑related areas:
Deploying electronic invoicing systems (such as KSeF or Peppol).
Implementing SAF-T (JPK) solutions or tax reporting tools.
Navigating tax compliance and operational settlements.
Driving automation within tax or broader financial pipelines.
Rolling out specialized software dedicated to supporting tax departments.
