Do you enjoy connecting with people, spotting potential, and finding creative ways to reach the right candidates? We're looking for a
Talent Researcher to join our People & Talent team and help us scale Cloudfide by sourcing exceptional tech talent from around the world.
You’ll work closely with our recruitment team, actively searching for candidates, starting conversations, and guiding them through the first steps of the hiring journey. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with up to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing - someone who wants to grow from a strong research & outreach foundation into a well-rounded tech recruiter.

Your impact zone
- Source tech candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, communities, niche platforms, referrals, direct outreach, etc.)
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for technical roles (Data, Cloud, Software Development, DevOps, etc.)
- Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidate fit (culture, communication, tech exposure)
- Schedule interviews and coordinate next steps with hiring managers
- Create engaging job posts and share them across social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, groups)
- Track recruitment progress in internal tools and keep candidate data up-to-date
- Research talent markets, channels, communities, and outreach tactics
- Collaborate with the People & Talent team to improve sourcing processes and candidate experience
Qualifications & Toolbox
- Up to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition / sourcing (internship or commercial)
- Active student status (studies in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields)
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a sourcing platform
- Familiarity with Boolean, X-Ray search and sourcing techniques
- Interest or basic understanding of the IT / tech industry
- Strong communication skills - you enjoy speaking with candidates and building relationships
- Ability to organize your pipeline and follow up consistently
- Proactive mindset - you take initiative and aren’t afraid to ask questions
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
Nice To Have (not Required But Welcome)
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with tech roles (Data, Cloud, Software Engineering, DevOps)
