Job summary

Fortive Corporation seeks a Talent Operations Coordinator to support and administer Talent Domain processes across the EMEA region. You will coordinate interviews, manage pre-employment steps, and maintain detailed records to drive efficient hiring operations.

You will collaborate with HR to report metrics, identify improvements, and ensure policy compliance. This hybrid role requires strong communication, data analysis, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition administration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a talent acquisition support role.
  • Proficiency with ATS and other HR software.
  • English proficiency required; German, Dutch, Polish, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring logistics are in place (interviewers, rooms, equipment).
  • Act as point of contact for internal stakeholders on interview scheduling and provide status updates.
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities like reference checks, background screenings, and employment verifications.
  • Maintain accurate talent acquisition records (candidates, notes, documentation) complying with policies and law.
  • Assist with pre-boarding (offers, paperwork, documents).
  • Collaborate with HR to report TA metrics accurately and timely.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive improvements across Talent operations.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and related administration.

Job description

We’re looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator, this role is focused on supporting and administering processes within the Talent Domain across the EMEA region. Your main objective will be to ensure efficient coordination and documentation of hiring activities, maintain accurate records, assist with Talent Acquisition initiatives. This role will have a heavy focus on driving continuous improvement and process efficiency across the Talent landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring all logistics are in place, including interviewers' availability, meeting rooms, and necessary equipment.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding interview scheduling and provide timely updates on interview status.
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities, such as reference checks, background screenings, and employment verifications, ensuring timely completion and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and organized talent acquisition records, including candidate profiles, interview notes, and hiring documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist with the pre-boarding process for new hires, including offer packages, coordinating paperwork, and ensuring completion of required documents.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of talent acquisition metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and collaborate with key stakeholders to implement improvements, optimize workflows, and enhance the overall effectiveness across the talent landscape.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, learning, and development administration, suggesting improvements to enhance our processes and practices.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in HR operations, preferably in a talent acquisition support role.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Must be proficient in English, preferred language capabilities German, Dutch, Polish, Spanish, or Italian.

This is a hybrid role.
