Job summary

SGS in Katowice is seeking Talent Acquisition professionals at various career stages to grow, learn, and make an impact within our international HR Shared Services Centre. You will manage recruitment activities, coordinate with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, and help maintain GDPR-compliant processes.

The role offers full training, a hybrid work model (2-3 days in the Katowice office), comprehensive onboarding, and a broad benefits package including private medical care and insurance,

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or recruitment coordination.
• Fluent English (minimum B2) and other European language (German or Dutch or Italian), min C1
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned processes.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook and Excel)
