Job summary

KONE is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Eastern Europe & Mediterranean on a maternity cover basis, focusing on Poland and supporting Ukraine as needed. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for a broad range of roles, leverage tools like Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter, and collaborate with universities to build strong pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing recruitment across multiple levels (white and blue‑collar).
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Ukrainian language skills are an advantage.
• Experience in the technical industry with strong analytical skills.
• Hands-on with modern recruitment tools and sourcing platforms.
• Proactive, self-driven and solution oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and customer‑focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities for a wide range of roles (blue‑collar, specialist, managerial and director‑level).
• Handle the full end‑to‑end recruitment process, including selecting tools and strategies.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
• Build talent pools for business‑critical positions and ensure efficient processes.
• Utilize Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter and other social platforms to attract talent.
• Collaborate with schools and universities; organize internships and trainee programs.
• Participate in talent acquisition projects to improve recruitment processes.
