Job summary

RTB House is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruitment for the EMEA region and manage candidate experience. You will attract, source, interview, and present top talent to hiring managers in a fast-growing, global adtech environment.

You will build pipelines, meet monthly goals, and contribute to an exceptional candidate experience while partnering with the Talent Acquisition team across departments in RTB House.

• Minimum 2 years of direct talent sourcing and recruitment experience (end-to-end).

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will perform full-cycle recruitment for the company in the EMEA region, and will manage the candidate experience throughout the process. The TAS will manage a variety of specialty recruitment systems ensuring that the company attracts, selects, and retains highly talented individuals.

You Will

• generate a high-quality pipeline of candidates by conducting interview calls daily;
• meet monthly individual recruitment goals;
• provide excellent service to the candidates;
• be fully responsible for attracting and sourcing highly talented company members;
• create and recommend recruitment strategies and approaches;
• proactively source, network, and market job opportunities to build pipelines of qualified candidates and sell the advantages of working for RTB House;
• utilize existing tools and technology to source, evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration;
• provide consistent communication to team members or business stakeholders on positions and recruitment strategies;
• seek, build, and maintain strong candidate relationships;
• work to build and understanding of the unique business and talent needs of each market;
• partner effectively with the Talent Acquisition team and other departments to achieve goals.

Desired Experience

• minimum 2 years of direct talent sourcing and recruitment experience (end-to-end);

• proactive and can-do attitude;
• excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills at all levels and cultures of the organization;
• analytical approach to managing pipeline;
• demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines;
• fluency in English is a must.
