You will own hiring delivery, forecast demand, mentor recruiters, and partner with business leadership to align recruitment priorities with growth plans.

The role offers significant autonomy, direct exposure to executives, and the opportunity to build a scalable recruitment operation that maintains high selection standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading recruitment teams in high-volume hiring.
• Experience with direct sourcing and structured candidate assessment.
• Experience managing recruitment through performance metrics, forecasting, and funnel analysis.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of hiring plans and forecasts; address gaps.
• Lead and develop recruiters; set performance expectations.
• Monitor funnel metrics and improve sourcing effectiveness and conversions.
• Maintain consistent selection standards and use new-hire performance data to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations leadership to align hiring priorities.
