Job summary

Viktor is seeking a driven Head of Talent Acquisition to own the full hiring funnel as the company scales from 25 to 50-70 across multiple roles. You will source, screen, and move candidates to offers, while establishing agency relationships and a scalable internal process.

You will build AI-enabled workflows, drive data-backed decisions, and partner with founders to raise the talent bar as Viktor expands internationally, including Warsaw and other remote roles.
