Qualifications

• Education: Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, MPH, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).
• Experience: 6–8+ years in clinical analytics, management consulting, or trial strategy.
• Experience with clinical trial delivery and data-driven decision making.
• Therapeutic area knowledge in Oncology, Neuroscience, Cell Therapy, Hematology, Immunology, or Cardiovascular.
• Strong cross-functional team leadership and prioritization.
• Experience with analytics tools (Excel, PowerBI, R, Python).

Responsibilities

• Own study-level analytics planning and delivery from protocol concept through execution.
• Lead a project team of 3–5 analysts ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Translate study objectives into analytical workstreams and dashboards.
• Engage cross-functional study teams for alignment and scientific rigor.
