Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Systems Solution Specialist & Continuous Improvement professional in Warsaw, Poland. The role focuses on 1st level system support for end-to-end supply chain processes, including SAP S/4, EDI, CRM, and 3PL interfaces, while driving continuous improvements across the organization.

You will partner with business and IT teams to implement system projects, enhance data quality, and grow end-user expertise. Travel up to 10% is required in this hybrid position.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4 and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
• Hands-on experience with system integrations (EDI/3PL).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st level system support for Order Acquisition and Fulfillment.
• Collaborate with IT to resolve system issues and upgrade projects.
• Streamline EDI integration with 3PLs and optimize interfaces.
• Lead system change initiatives and train end users.
