Job summary

RTX in Warsaw is seeking a motivated System Engineer to join the Raytheon International Engineering Team. The role focuses on design and system architecture for defense products, with travel up to 25% in country.

You will decompose requirements, develop design data packages with Polish partners, coordinate design reviews, and ensure production readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with design systems and processes.
• Experience in transition from design to production.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Mission Assurance, IPT Leadership, and Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control design-related activities at a Polish supplier site.
• Coordinate development and cross-functional review cycles for TDPs, system architecture, and design documents.
• Support development of the Polish supplier's capability to design products meeting Raytheon standards and coordinate PDR, CDR, and TRR.
• Support partner design reviews and coordinate program schedules with ISC, Subcontracts, Engineering and CBTs.
• Engage in partner FRACAS activities and weekly subcontractor meetings.
