Job summary

Andersen is hiring a System Analyst with PO experience to join an international financial and protection services organization. You will capture and analyze requirements, translate them into technical specs, and drive process modeling and solution design across enterprise systems.

In this role, you will own the product vision, manage roadmaps, and lead agile ceremonies, ensuring collaboration between stakeholders and developers while monitoring KPIs and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3.5+ years as a System Analyst.
• Experience as Product Owner.
• Proficient with UML, BPMN and modeling tools.
• Strong SQL skills; PostgreSQL or similar.
• Hands-on with REST, SOAP, OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman.
• Knowledge of microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with Camunda or similar workflow platforms.
• Familiar with ELK Stack for log analysis.
• Understanding of SDLC and Git versioning.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate+.

Building an enterprise integration layer connecting multiple business systems and digital services. Focus on insurance and customer service workflows, data exchange, process automation, and enterprise integration strategy.

Must-haves:

• Experience as a System Analyst for 3.5+ years.
• Experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience with UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, and Draw.io for requirements management and process modeling.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP, SFTP, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Postman.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and gRPC.
• Experience with Camunda or similar workflow/process automation platforms.
• Familiarity with ELK Stack for log analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Git and a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical thinking and systems understanding.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
