Andersen is hiring a Go Architect / Solution Architect (Go) for a project building scalable distributed systems and high-performance platforms supporting business growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Software development experience for 7+ years.
• Go experience for 4+ years with goroutines, channels, memory model, and concurrency patterns.
• Higher education in Computer Science.
• Experience with AI implementation within a team.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated/high-compliance domains.
• Proven experience designing distributed, microservice-based, and/or high-load systems.
• Strong expertise in API design (REST and/or gRPC).
• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) and event-driven architecture.
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on CI/CD tools and pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Understanding of system design principles: scalability, fault tolerance, security, observability.
• Level of English – Advanced and above.

Responsibilities

• Designing and evolving scalable distributed systems in Go, choosing concurrency models and ensuring performance and maintainability.
• Collaborating with Product Managers to refine high-level business goals into actionable technical plans and delivery roadmaps.

• - Designing and evolving scalable distributed systems in Go, choosing appropriate concurrency models and ensuring a balance between performance and maintainability.
• - Collaborating with Product Managers to refine high-level business goals into actionable technical plans and delivery roadmaps.
