Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Salesforce systems analyst to join a team delivering a strategic CRM platform for the banking sector. You will analyze requirements, design scalable Salesforce-based solutions, and document decisions with justification.

The role offers remote work with possible collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders. You will model processes, design architectures, and support integrations with external systems, ensuring robust CRM capabilities.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a systems analyst or Salesforce consultant.
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and standard CRM functionalities.
Experience in systems analysis and designing business-technical solutions.
Ability to justify standard vs. custom solutions.
Experience with synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
Knowledge of REST API.
Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ or similar).
Advanced proficiency in Polish and English.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing solutions that support corporate banking processes, combining analytical skills with knowledge of the Salesforce platform. Your tasks
