Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering with 8+ years of automotive quality experience.
• Experience in automotive OEM/Tier 1 quality processes.
• Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC processes for sub-assembly and general assembly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality in manufacturing.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections for the new car launch.
• Work with suppliers to set quality expectations for incoming materials.
• Create and maintain quality documentation (FMEA, control plans).
• Apply risk assessment tools to minimize risks of special characteristics.
• Support development of FMEAs and quality standards.
• Assist planning and evaluation of product test drives with QA.
