Job summary

Cundall, a leading engineering consultancy, is seeking a BIM Manager to join our Warsaw team and lead BIM on prestigious data centre projects across Europe and internationally. You will produce & coordinate BIM Models & Drawings for RIBA Stages 2-4 MEP Design, following Cundall’s Templates & Standards, with opportunities to use a variety of digital tools.

You will input COBie, IFC, Uniclass and review clashes to aid coordination.

Qualifications

Background in Building Services with experience in BIM and Revit in a consultancy or contractor setting.
Ability to utilise Forma alongside Revit for model management and clash detection.
Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination across disciplines.
Ability to produce models/drawings to Cundall standards, from markup to final issue.

Responsibilities

Lead BIM on data centre projects across Europe and internationally.
Produce & coordinate BIM Models & Drawings for RIBA Stages 2-4 MEP design.
Input COBie, IFC, Uniclass into models as required under the BIM Execution Plan.
Review model clashes and provide reports to engineers to aid coordination.
Contribute to automation developments for Revit & BIM and BIM standards.
Write and review BIM Execution Plans detailing responsibilities and deliverables.
