Job summary

Franklin Templeton is seeking a Sustainability Intern in Poland to support the development of sustainability methodologies and data collection for ESG research.

You will work remotely from anywhere in Poland, using Python, R, SQL, and other analytical tools to analyze financial and sustainability data, contribute to AI-enabled automation, and help build dashboards and analytical tools within a global asset manager.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative/technical/finance/economics/sustainability field.
• Strong interest in data analysis, programming, AI, and automation; eager to solve real-world problems.
• Working knowledge of Python or R; willingness to further develop technical skills.
• Intermediate SQL skills and interest in large datasets.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for coding, research, data analysis, or workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of sustainability methodologies through quantitative analysis and data-driven research.
• Use Python, R, SQL, and other tools to analyze financial, portfolio, and sustainability data.
• Contribute to AI-driven automation, process optimization, and workflow improvements.
• Help develop and enhance internal applications, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Conduct ESG and sustainability screening using MSCI, Sustainalytics, and other datasets.
