Job summary

LTM in Krakow seeks an onsite Cloud Support Engineer for a 6-month fixed-term contract to help win in the cloud marketplace. You will define and implement support services, troubleshoot VM availability, performance, and security, and collaborate with Azure support teams.

You should have strong virtualization knowledge with VMware, GCP, AWS, Windows or Linux. Experience with PowerShell scripting and JSON templates is a plus, plus familiarity with Azure IaaS and multi-cloud integrations.

Responsibilities

• Definition and implementation of the support services required to win in the cloud marketplace.
• Strong understanding of virtualization technologies; experience with cloud providers such as VMware, GCP, AWS is preferred.
• Experience with Windows Server or Linux environments; good understanding of OS concepts (Windows OS, Linux OS [CentOS, Ubuntu, RHEL], Active Directory, Networking, Storage).
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to VM availability, performance, scalability, and security; conducting RCAs per customer requirements.
• Hands-on with PowerShell scripting; JSON template deployments is an added advantage.
• Prior experience with Azure services (IaaS) is preferred.
• Resolving customer issues including complex technical scenarios integrating several cloud capabilities (Microsoft Azure, Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, etc.) and scenarios supporting service availability, quality, etc.
• Lead the integration with relevant CSS Azure support talent to resolve issues with specific technologies as part of the Azure Support ecosystem.
