Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services) is seeking a senior professional to drive cost savings through professional contract management within Commerce. You will ensure secure supply across Europe and build robust supplier relationship governance embedded in the S2C processes.

The role requires a Master's degree and 8 years in Procurement or Finance, with English fluency and a track record of stakeholder management in a cross-cultural setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, finance, commerce, economics or technical field.
• Preferred: 8 years in Procurement or Finance roles.
• Preferred: Consumer Goods and Shared Service Centre experience.
• Fluent English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
• Project certification would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Delivering cost savings through professional contract management for Commerce.
• Ensuring security of supply for all Commerce categories across Europe.
• Building Supplier Relationship Management governance and embedding it.
• Achieving a Positive Net Promoter Score (NPS) from key stakeholders.
• Managing strategic supplier relationships at EU Region level and handling escalations.
• Maintaining and improving S2C processes for cost-out and faster decision making.
