Job summary

Octapharma Austria is seeking a Solution Architect to enhance global supply chain planning solutions, focusing on Kinaxis. This office-based role will be in Lachen, Switzerland, or Vienna, Austria.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, strong knowledge of Kinaxis Maestro, and excellent communication skills. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation within the Business Applications department.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain planning consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Kinaxis Maestro.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

As a Solution Architect, you will shape and continuously enhance our global supply chain planning solutions, bridging business needs and IT capabilities with Kinaxis at the core. This role is 100% office‑based and will be filled in Lachen (Switzerland) or Vienna (Austria).

Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end solution design for group-wide planning solutions at Octapharma, with a focus on Kinaxis
• Leading Kinaxis Maestro initiatives and project delivery
• Partnering with business process leads and super users to design, standardize, and optimize planning processes
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing change requests in daily operations
• Acting as the primary point of contact for super users and overseeing application support
• Managing and coordinating external consultants

Your expertise and ideal skill set

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain planning consulting
• Strong knowledge of Kinaxis Maestro
• Experience managing IT support operations and implementation projects
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self‑driven, with a structured and highly organized working style
