GROHE Polska Sp.zo.o. (part of LIXIL) is seeking a Data Specialist to join an agile, international team in the Supply Chain. You will manage supply chain processes, plan material flows, and analyze data to improve performance.

The role offers remote work and opportunities to collaborate across borders, with occasional travel to Germany. Ideal candidates have a degree in business/admin or engineering, experience in production and logistics, and strong English; German knowledge is a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience in production planning, materials planning, materials management or logistics.
• Experience in international project work and knowledge of logistics in an international environment.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (to Germany).

Responsabilidades

• Manage supply chain activities using key indicators (service level, inventory, capacity).
• Plan and order processes with plants and suppliers.
• Introduce countermeasures for performance gaps.
• Use and develop advanced logistics tools and perform data analysis.

• Management of the supply chain for which you are responsible for using key business indicators such as service level, inventory structure, capacity utilization, etc.
• Management of planning and ordering processes (plants/suppliers)
• Proactive introduction of counter measures when facing performance discrepancies
• Use and further development of advanced logistics tools
• Data analysis and presentation of results ("Data Specialist")
• Project management of smaller projects
• Development and implementation of new processes ("Design Thinking")
• Preparation and validation of board presentations

Our Requirements

• Degree in business administration, industrial or mechanical engineering
• Experience in production planning, materials planning, materials management or logistics
• Experience in international project work and good knowledge of the entire logistics processes of a company operating in an international environment
• Knowledge of SAP/R3 MM and PP
• An independent working style, strong communication skills, analytical thinking and ability to work in a team
• Very good written and spoken English skills, basic knowledge of German desirable
• Willingness to travel for business a couple times a year (mainly to Germany)
