Job summary

DS Smith Europe's EMEA Packaging team in Krakow is seeking a Supply Chain Intern to support customer account operations and learn end-to-end logistics processes. You will manage customer orders in our internal systems, perform routine transactional tasks, and develop analytical skills while collaborating across departments to meet commitments.

You will gain exposure to demand, production, and transportation planning while building proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SharePoint platforms.

Qualifications

• Status of a student or recent graduate seeking experience in Supply Chain.
• Availability to work around 35 hours per week.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Eagerness to learn and gain new experiences, with attention to detail.
• Teamwork and analytical thinking are essential.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency is required, with ability to support reports.
• Experience with online platforms/ERP/SharePoint is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support a Supply Chain Team to meet commitments to customers.
• Manage customers’ orders in internal systems.
• Perform routine transactional tasks in IP systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments and understand logistics processes.
• Apply analytical skills to various tasks and data sets.
• Learn about supply chain and the pulp and paper industry to interpret data.
