Job summary

Victaulic seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to oversee supplier qualification and management across Europe. You will collaborate with Sourcing and cross-functional teams to qualify new suppliers, products, and production processes, and to plan and perform audits and validations.

The role involves supporting non-conforming material containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Travel to suppliers across Europe and globally is up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or related technical field.
• Practical experience with supplier qualification, supplier audits, corrective actions and quality documentation.
• Languages: fluent Polish, (Upper) Intermediate English (B2/C1) - written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier qualification and management activities across Europe, including audits and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and cross-functional teams to drive supplier qualification and development.
• Plan and perform supplier, product, and process audits; support first-piece approvals and validations.
• Manage non-conforming material containment, root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive supplier development initiatives.
