Job summary

Sperasoft, a leading game co-development studio, is seeking a talented 3D Environment Artist to shape immersive game environments. You will craft modular level art assets and props from scratch, texture from trim sheets, and ensure assets are optimized for multiple platforms.

Join a team driving a major live-service AAA title with world-class publishers. Ideal candidates have strong texture and modeling skills, experience with Unreal Engine 5, and a focus on high-quality environments.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to create, trim sheets, tileable and unique textures, as well as combine them effectively.
• Strong modeling background, ideally in a variety of styles; adjust weighted normals.
• Strong knowledge of baking and texturing with Marmoset, Substance Painter and Designer.
• Ability to seamlessly bake assets made of multiple parts.
• Maya experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with Unreal Engine 5.
• 2 years of professional game industry experience building architecture and props.
• Passion for creating games and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create modular level art assets and props from scratch.
• Create, trim sheets, tileable and unique textures, and effectively combine them to create high-quality assets.
• Optimise assets for different platforms, including creating LODs and collisions.
