Job summary

Sperasoft is seeking a skilled 3D Props Artist to join the art team. You will create high-quality props for AAA+ games, focusing on modeling, texturing, and rendering while coordinating with the art and design teams. Experience with Unreal Engine and a strong artistic vision are essential for delivering immersive player experiences.

You will work with leaders in 3D development, contributing to visually stunning assets and a collaborative team environment in Krakow.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of working experience as a 3D Props Artist.
• Strong modeling, sculpting and texturing skills for game assets.
• Ability to create detailed, visually appealing props.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools and Unreal Engine.
• Fluent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and create high-poly and real-time game assets that meet project standards.
• Collaborate with Lead Artists to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Communicate status updates regularly to the Lead Artist.
• Incorporate feedback from leads and iterate on assets.
• Keep improving skills and learning new software/tools.
• Support a collaborative, team-oriented studio culture.
