GE HealthCare is seeking a Total Rewards Business Partner to shape compensation and benefits for technology and engineering talent globally. You will translate business strategy into market-ready rewards, balancing cost, equity and competitiveness while advising senior leaders.

In this senior IC role, you’ll drive analytics, scenario modeling and governance across STO and IT, collaborating with HR Partners, Finance and Talent Acquisition to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in HR, business, finance or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive Total Rewards experience in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong expertise in market benchmarking, incentive programs, job evaluation and pay equity.
• Excellent analytical and financial capabilities with data interpretation and modeling.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business and HR leadership to define and implement global Total Rewards strategies for STO and IT.
• Collaborate with CIO and CTO HR leadership on high-impact compensation and talent decisions.
• Develop multi-year compensation perspectives aligned with market trends and capability needs.
• Lead governance, job architecture evolution and workforce analytics to inform design and mobility.
