Job summary

Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a collaborative, dynamic team. You will act as a trusted adviser to clients and candidates, using cutting-edge strategies to meet critical hiring needs and deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommendations for hire.

Responsibilities include managing the selection process, building networks through market research and bench management, and developing proactive recruitment

Qualifications

• Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting, including market research, passive sourcing, negotiating and closing candidates while meeting deadlines.
• Able to exceed performance expectations and adapt to feedback to achieve outcomes.
• Maintain a strong recruiting pipeline and clearly communicate pipeline status to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong client focus and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proficient with MS Office, ATS usage and maintaining a professional social media presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews and gathering feedback from clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and overcome objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers in final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update and maintain ATS data and related reports.
