Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative, dynamic and talented team. This role acts as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, combining cutting-edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence to deliver top talent for our clients.

You will oversee the selection process, build a strong candidate network, develop proactive strategies, and present strong talent while maintaining client and candidate satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment and talent delivery.
• Strong sourcing and market research capabilities.
• Ability to manage relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews and gathering feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present talent for open positions and support final selections with clients.
• Maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction for clients and candidates.
• Update reports and ATS data; manage related administrative tasks.
