Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Supply Chain Transformation Director to lead large-scale, multi-year enterprise transformations across consulting and BPO. You will partner with senior leaders to turn strategy into execution, delivering measurable benefit realization and executive-level governance.

The role combines hands-on leadership with responsibility for delivery, proposal development, and client acquisition efforts in supply chain orchestration, sales order management, and logistics.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in consulting-led transformation environments (delivery and pre-sales).
• Proven experience in contributing to or leading RFP responses, proposals or solution design.
• Strong understanding of enterprise operating models, managed services, and technology-enabled transformation.
• Governance, benefits realization, and change management expertise.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify complexity into decision-ready insights.
• Deep supply chain and logistics knowledge in transformation/consulting context.
• Familiarity with AI/digital tools and leading software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, multi-year enterprise transformation projects across consulting and BPO.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations.
• Translate client needs into structured transformation approaches, delivery models, and value propositions.
• Drive operating model evolution including governance, processes, and reporting.
• Establish and run executive governance (steerco, risks, dependencies).
• Integrate multiple workstreams into a single execution cadence.
• Own business cases, investment governance, and benefits realization.
• Track and report delivered value across cost, productivity, quality, speed, and experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding alignment and adoption.
