VELUX Commercial poszukuje Lidera Zespołu Zakupów Strategicznych w Wrześni, Polska. Rola łączy leadership z praktycznym nadzorem nad kilkoma kategoriami zakupów, obejmując zarówno direct, jak i indirect spend.

Oczekuje się doświadczenia w strategicznym sourcingu, zarządzaniu kategoriami i umiejętności prowadzenia zespołu międzynarodowego. Praca w environment międzynarodowym, z naciskiem na koszty, jakość i zrównoważony rozwój, z silnym wspomaganiem interesariuszy.

Qualifications

• Wykształcenie wyższe (licencjat/mektoryka) w biznesie, łańcuchu dostaw, inżynierii lub pokrewnych dziedzinach.
• Bogate doświadczenie w strategicznym zakupie, zakupach lub zarządzaniu kategoriami.
• Udokumentowane doświadczenie liderowania w organizacji międzynarodowej/matrycowej.
• Silne umiejętności negocjacyjne z dostawcami, rozwijanie strategii kategorii, zarządzanie kontraktami.
• Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu kategoriami direct i indirect spend.
• Biegła komunikacja po angielsku.

Responsibilities

• Prowadzenie i rozwijanie międzynarodowego zespołu specjalistów ds. strategicznych zakupów w Polsce i Danii.
• Prowadzenie inicjatyw zakupowych w obszarach direct i indirect.
• Odpowiedzialność za wybrane kategorie i end-to-end sourcing od analizy rynku po wybór dostawcy i kontrakt.
• Tworzenie i realizacja strategii kategorii z naciskiem na koszty, jakość, innowacje i zrównoważony rozwój.
• Negocjowanie umów i budowanie długoterminowej wartości z dostawcami.
• Zarządzanie kategoriami usług, materiałów nieprodukcyjnych i oprogramowania w indirect spend.
• Ścisła współpraca z Product Development, Product Management, Operations, Finance, Quality i Sustainability.
• Identyfikowanie i ograniczanie ryzyk łańcucha dostaw oraz zapewnienie ciągłości biznesowej.
• Dążenie do cyfryzacji i doskonałości zakupowej w organizacji.
• Wkład w realizację celów zrównoważonego rozwoju poprzez odpowiedzialne zakupy.
