Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Site Contracts Manager to join our European team. This role can be fully remote from Poland, Slovakia, Serbia, Romania or Hungary.

You will review, draft, negotiate, and track site contracts and related agreements, coordinating with Clinical Operations to align with study timelines and milestones. Responsibilities include maintaining contract files, reporting metrics, and supporting policy improvements to speed up contract execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRO/healthcare field.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating site CTAs, vendor contracts and budgets with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsor.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate a variety of agreements including site contracts, master services agreements, and other client contracts.
• Update study team on contract status and execution timelines.
• Establish, track, and report site contract metrics and manage contract files/databases.
• Assist in developing policies to ensure timely execution of contracts.
• Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
