## Risk Reporting Senior ManagerApply: Hybrid: Warsaw Poland: Full time: Posted Today: 26995655As a successful Candidate you will be a part of DART, Legal Entity Stress Testing Reporting & Analytics team. We merge risk SME knowledge and experience together with technical literacy to build reporting and Business Intelligence solutions.In this leadership role, you will lead the ICAAP and Stress Testing execution team, accountable for the end-to-end delivery of stress test and capital adequacy results across 60+ Legal Entities spanning EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.You will spearhead the design, planning, and execution of technology-driven initiatives aimed at automating workflows, scaling reporting infrastructure, and driving operational efficiency.Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining robust governance and internal control environment in full alignment with internal policies and global regulatory standards, while actively driving strategic global initiatives. **What you will do:** * Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team responsible for executing ICAAP cycles and regulatory/internal Stress Testing exercises across 60+ Legal Entities globally.* Establish and enforce robust internal control mechanisms, ensuring data lineage, model output integrity, and strict adherence to global regulatory frameworks and internal risk policies.* Champion and contribute to global risk transformation programs, aligning local execution with enterprise-wide data governance and infrastructure standards.* Partner closely with Risk leaders to communicate complex risk results clearly and influence strategic decision-making.* Act as the primary escalation point for audit inquiries, regulatory reviews, and supervisory assessments related to stress testing and ICAAP reporting.* Lead the identification, design, and end-to-end implementation of Artificial Intelligence projects to automate reporting pipelines, optimize data validation, automate narrative commentary, and eliminate manual workflows.* Architect and execute the technology roadmap for reporting and analytics; integrate automated workflows, optimize system performance, and elevate reporting frameworks using modern Business Intelligence and data visualization tools. **What you will do:** * 8+ years of progressive experience in Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting, Stress Testing all within global corporate/investment banking.* Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in leading, managing, and developing a team (performance management, talent development, workload prioritization).* Advanced knowledge of ICAAP, Capital Adequacy frameworks, Enterprise Stress Testing, and regulatory expectations across major jurisdictions.* Proven track record of managing diverse teams, driving cultural change, and managing complex multi-regional stakeholder environments.* Strong understanding of Business Intelligence architectures, data models, and analytics tooling, with proven proficiency in data reporting and visualization platforms ( SQL, Power BI, Tableau).* Working knowledge of or prior exposure to Python is considered a plus* Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing, implementing, or overseeing AI-driven solutions and workflow automation projects within risk, finance, or analytical operations.* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Methods, Computer Science, or related quantitative field (FRM, CFA, or PRM certification is an advantage).* Full professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
